Will I be told when it ships?

You get a confirmation email when the order is placed, then a second email carrying the tracking number when the parcel leaves us. The first carrier scan can take 3–5 days to appear, so a tracking number that shows nothing yet is normal at that stage.

What happens if the book arrives damaged or we send it back?

A return can be requested within 30 days of delivery, and the book has to be resalable: unmarked, unwritten-in, shrink wrap intact. For damage, photograph it and tell us within 7 days. Email contact@wrenshelf.store with the order number, item and reason, then wait for the return address. If the fault is ours we pay return postage; if you have changed your mind, you pay it.

If I buy this and the physics comic together, do they arrive in one parcel?

Not always. Several books may arrive in more than one parcel, on different days, at no extra cost to you, so one tracking number moving before the other is expected. Both are dispatched after the same 1–3 business day processing window. At $39.99 this title is already over the $35 free standard shipping threshold.

What happens if something goes wrong

Thirty days to change your mind

Send a book back within 30 days of delivery, resalable and unwritten-in. If the fault is ours — damaged, or the wrong title — we pay the return postage. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Lost or damaged in transit

Damaged on arrival: photograph it within 7 days and we replace or refund. Tracking that has not moved for 15 business days counts as lost, and we replace or refund that too. You do not have to argue with a carrier first.

We never see your card

Checkout runs on Shopify, not on our own server, so card details never reach this shop. The price at checkout is the price you pay — nothing is added afterwards.
