Send a book back within 30 days of delivery, resalable and unwritten-in. If the fault is ours — damaged, or the wrong title — we pay the return postage. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
Lost or damaged in transit
Damaged on arrival: photograph it within 7 days and we replace or refund. Tracking that has not moved for 15 business days counts as lost, and we replace or refund that too. You do not have to argue with a carrier first.

Hello. Most questions are answered below — delivery, tracking and returns are the usual three. If yours is not here, email us and a person will reply within one business day.
Common questions
Two stages. We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and processing takes 1–3 business days — an order placed after 2:00 pm or at a weekend starts the next business day. Delivery is counted after that: 7–15 business days in the United States, 10–25 for the rest of the world. These are estimates, not guarantees; customs, weather and peak periods add time.
You get a confirmation email when you order, then a second email with a tracking number once the parcel is dispatched. The first carrier scan can take 3–5 days to appear, so a number that has not updated yet is normal. If tracking has not moved for 15 business days we treat the parcel as lost and replace or refund it.
Yes — 30 days from delivery to request a return. The book needs to be resalable: unmarked, unwritten-in, with any shrink wrap intact. If the fault is ours we pay the return postage; if you changed your mind, you pay it. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Email us first and wait for the return address.
Damaged on arrival: send us a photograph within 7 days and we replace or refund it. Marked delivered but missing: check with neighbours and your building's mail room, then contact us within 7 days and we open an investigation with the carrier. You do not have to argue with the carrier yourself.
We ship worldwide, tracked. Shipping is free over $35; under that the rate is shown at checkout before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards. Outside the United States, any import duties or taxes are set by your own country and are the recipient's responsibility — we cannot predict or collect those.
Gift wrap is included free on every order and does not need to be requested. The confirmation and dispatch emails go to you, not to the recipient. If several books are ordered together they may arrive in more than one parcel, on different days, at no extra cost.
